1. What Movri is

Movri is a matching platform that connects people who want an item carried with travelers who are already making a similar trip. Movri is not a carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics operator.

2. Relationship between users

Any transport agreement is made directly between the requester and the traveler. Movri does not take possession of items and does not execute transport.

3. Prohibited items

Users must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited items include (non-exhaustive): illegal goods, weapons, drugs, medicines, cash, tobacco, alcohol in commercial quantities, hazardous materials, and any regulated or restricted products.

4. Liability

Movri is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, damage, or non-delivery of items. Users act under their own responsibility and are responsible for verifying legality and conditions of the carried items.

5. Fees

Movri may charge a matching fee before connecting users. This fee covers the matching service and does not constitute a transport service fee.
